A licensed estate agency on the Costa Blanca and the Costa del Sol. We speak English, Polish and Spanish, and we handle every formality on the ground.

From the first call, through viewings and legal checks, to the signature at the notary and the keys in your hand.
We started as a group of people in love with Spain and convinced that buying a home abroad should not feel like a leap in the dark. Today we are a licensed agency with a team on both sides — in Spain and in the UK — and we run the whole process ourselves, with no agent behind the agent.

To get you into a home you actually want to live in — and to say plainly when a listing does not deserve it. Full support, clear costs, no surprises at the notary.
To be the agency people come back to for their second property and recommend to their family. We build that one well-run purchase at a time, not by the size of our database.
