This apartment is located in the center of Benidorm, in a very popular area called Juzgados. At the building entrance, there is easy access to the elevator if you have a stroller or wheelchair. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a kitchen with a utility room, and a living/dining room. The rooms, except for the ktichen is with view of the pool area, ready to move into, and has plenty of natural light.

The communal areas, which are accessed through the main entrance and require a key, feature a very well-maintained pool area with two swimming pools, large natural grass areas, a tennis court, and two restrooms. The communal areas are maintained by a concierge. Water is included in the community fee.
